Bring your composite decking or cladding project to life with our 4m Composite Joists/Battens. As a vital component to your decking or cladding design, Ceta Composite Joists/Battens provide adequate support for boards to be installed onto.

They're perfect as joists for composite decking and provide a weather-resistant base. Additionally, you may use them as battens for composite cladding - installed vertically or horizontally according to your design.

Ceta Composite Joists/Battens are supplied in a Charcoal colour. Each joist should be spaced no more than a maximum of 400mm apart for decking. When applied as battens for wall cladding, they should be spaced no more than a maximum of 500mm apart.

We recommend, as a rule of thumb, purchasing one joist for every square metre of decking.

We highly recommend that for decking projects, joists are used in conjunction with a hard concrete base. This ensures the supporting substructure is sturdy and reliable for the rest of your project.
