CETA Deluxe Series solid composite decking is a next-generation capped composite decking product, designed to deliver superior durability, long-lasting colour retention, and low maintenance performance. Co-extrusion, also known as capped decking, refers to an advanced manufacturing process where a protective polymer shell is bonded around the composite core, fully encapsulating the board for enhanced protection against the elements.

The decking features a high-performance outer shell that provides exceptional resistance to fading, scratching, staining, and moisture absorption. Unlike traditional uncapped composite decking, capped decking creates an impermeable protective layer around the board, helping to prevent water penetration, mould growth, mildew, and weather-related deterioration. This makes it ideal for long-term outdoor use in all weather conditions.

The shell and core are co-extruded together under high temperatures in a single process without the use of adhesives, creating a strong, seamless bond that is environmentally friendly and highly durable. The core is manufactured using recycled PE and high-density wood fibres, while the outer cap is made from advanced polymer materials for added strength and protection.
